Boris Fadeev


Mr. Fadeev is the founder and President of Realtex, Inc., a private real estate development company based in San Francisco, California. Mr. Fadeev has over 30 years of experience in real estate development from acquisition to completion and oversees the company’s success through his strong leadership and creative approach.

Mr. Fadeev has successfully developed millions of square feet and thousands of multifamily apartments in some of the toughest markets in the United States. Including more than 1,300 units in San Francisco and Berkeley.

Cody Fornari

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fornari has more than a decade of experience in residential and multi-family real estate, primarily focused on opportunistic and value-add opportunities in entitlements, renovation, and new construction throughout the United States.

Following the 2008 financial crisis, Mr. Fornari leveraged his hands-on construction experience and financial skills from his early career in building ground-up luxury spec homes in Monterey County to help assemble and renovate some of the world’s largest single-family home rental portfolios for global private equity firms, including Och-Ziff Capital Management, Starwood Capital Group, Colony Capital, and GTIS Partners.

Oxana Emmerikh

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Oxana Emmerikh is responsible for the financial planning of Realtex as well as developing its short and long term goals.

Ms. Emmerikh has 4 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining Realtex, Ms. Emmerikh worked at a finance company in Moscow where she produced analytical reports, maintained and consolidated financial statements,  prepared documents for internal/external audit, prepared documents for settlement implementation and planned and controlled the implementation of budgets.

Ms. Emmerikh holds a BS in Economics from Moscow University of Technology and Management

David Bruss

Construction Manager

Mr. Bruss has over 25 years of experience within the construction industry and primarily focuses on construction management, pre-construction and risk management. His vast skill-set and knowledge of the construction industry comes from his experience in all phases of construction. He has extensive knowledge in estimating, scheduling, and field coordinating.

Previously, he worked at Dreyfuss Construction, Reeve-Knight Construction, and Hearn Construction and has experience in projects consisting of everything including multi-family, commercial, hospitality, and industrial. Most recently, Mr. Bruss worked for Tricorp Hearn Construction with responsibilities ranging from estimating, contracting and risk management to legal affairs.
